Luis Kramer is a 28 year old freelance photographer, illustrator & creative. Born in North London and growing up in Hertfordshire, he's been exposed to both the city and country with suburbia in between. Giving him the ability to home in his skills in a variety of cultural landscapes.
Luis studied art & design in college with the ambition of going to study photography at university. However instead of uni, he decided to go straight into work, networking and shooting jobs and campaigns from an early age. In a few short years Luis has built up a wide range of contacts and shot a variety of jobs from celebrity after-party's for Netflix & Models1 to main stage acts at Parklife and All Points East to campaigns for Samsung and Jagermeister to touring with the likes of Slaves and The Prodigy. Luis had his first exhibition showcasing work at ForFukSake in Dalston Feb 2018, it was a joint exhibition with VICE colleague Jake Lewis and lasted 3 days at the space with bands and DJs each night.
As well as working as a photographer, Luis run's a music & art's zine called Saxon Zine. Curating and editing each issue himself. The zine also plays host to numerous events in London and Brighton. Putting on bands from home and abroad and giving merch space to other artist's and zine makers. Luis is often commissioned to design merch, posters, graphics and has produced a number of record sleeves usually using his own photography work.
Soul photographer for the team (Silverdoor) who won 'Most Effective integration/amplification' in the Brand Experience section of 'The Field Marketing and Brand Experience Awards 2019' for The JägerHaus (Jägermeister).
